Sources in the poker world say that billionaire poker player Guy Laliberté is being sued for $50 million. His ex girlfriend Rizia Moreira, that he has three kids with, was collecting 35k a month, but shes unhappy with that and suing him for 50 million. They were never married and the laws in Quebec are a bit vague on the subject (or non existent) of common law marriage. There is also a gag order on the case reported here.

Guy Laliberte is famous in the poker world for appearing on High Stakes Poker and losing millions to Tom Dwan and others at Full Tilt Poker. Guy makes hundreds of millions in profits from Las Vegas and most likely writes off all his losses as entertainment expenses.

Guy will most likely settle with some agreement with his ex and move on to not waste any more of his precious time.
